A 9,500 S.F. renovation of Goodwill’s existing store that served as the prototype for future renovations and expansion. The entry and interior layout of the store was completely changed  in order to make the building more friendly and provide visual clarity within the store to complement the ever-changing amounts and types of goods being displayed. The cost effective renovation of the building’s facade increased the number of new customers and after the first year Goodwill noted an sales increase of 47% at this location.
