River View – Phase 3

Phase 3 work included the renovation and expansion of the neighboring home, consolidating the two properties into one, a glass enclosed pedestrian bridge connecting the two homes, an elevated deck with an zero-entry children’s pool and large play structure.

The children’s play area was designed with future use as an elevated soccer practice pitch.
