Renaissance

This public space renovation included reconfiguration of the lobby spaces to include multiple intimate seating areas which are served by wait staff, as well as a complete bar renovation, updated porte cochere and new exterior canopy and awning replacement and façade upgrades. The updated project design included ADA upgrades as well as interior finishes, furnishings and new lighting design throughout interior and exterior areas.
