The renovation and conversion of the JW’s Restaurant, Ballroom and Kitchen on the fourteenth floor of the Capital Tower at the Key Bridge Marriott to new flexible meeting space, pre-assembly space, men’s and women’s public restrooms, and a warming kitchen. The new junior ballroom and flexible meeting space will focus on the views to the monumental core of Washington, D.C. The total construction cost is estimated at $3.5 million.

Master Plan programming for the renovation and repositioning of the Key Bridge Marriott. The Key Bridge Marriott is the oldest Marriott property still in operation. The work included the renovation of 589 Guestrooms and Suites, two Restaurants and a Bar, the Main Lobby and the exterior of the fourteen story building.
