The renovation of four hundred seventy-one (471) Guestrooms, Suites and Corridors in this six hundred thirty-one (631) two-tower hotel located just outside Washington, D.C. The project includes the renovation of existing accessible guestrooms and suites as well as the conversion of existing typical guestrooms and suites to full compliance with the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
