A dramatic and cost effective exterior transformation was achieved by encapsulating the existing drab pre-cast cladding and bronze anodized mullions in a clean and precise painted metal panel system. Maximum use was made of a rout and return aluminum panel system with no visible fasteners and standard extrusions, achieving a dramatic up-dated change in a short timeframe. All work was completed while the building was fully occupied and with no interior access required. Additionally, the ground floor lobby and receptionist areas of the office building were renovated to offer a more modern aesthetic.
