Federal Street

Ground up new construction of approximately 9,000 sf two story office building in Middleburg Virginia, including onsite parking and backup generator. Located within the historic district in Middleburg, the project required approval from the Middleburg HDRC. The Federal Street Office Building was recognized with an Award of Excellence from the Loudoun County Joint Architectural Review Board (JARB) for outstanding design and construction and for contributing to the historic fabric of the community.
