1001 New York Avenue

A new twelve story, 240,000 SF office building with ground floor retail and three levels of below grade parking. This mixed-use building was designed for The Urban Development Group. The project required the rezoning of the existing site, design development and construction documents. 1001 New York Avenue is across New York Avenue from the Washington D.C. Convention Center and within one block of the new Convention Center.
