Todd Friedlander
As a principal in the firm, Todd is interested in mentoring staff by constantly pushing them out of their comfort zone in order for them to learn, grow and in turn mentor others.
Todd Friedlander believes that open communication is a requirement for success in design. With a love of both design and field work, Todd relishes seeing his work come to life in concrete and steel and sees himself as an extension of the client and their goals and takes a collaborative approach to working with general contractors during construction.
A principal since 2015, Todd has drawn on his experience working on a wide range and size of projects, from retail and commercial tenant improvements, to community art centers and historic restorations. Through it all is an appreciation of the complexity and challenges of building.
Todd completed his undergraduate degree in architecture at the University of Virginia and received his master’s degree from the University of California Berkeley.
He is also NCARB certified, a member of AIA and a LEED BD+C Accredited professional with USGBC.
