Dallas Residence

ACG was selected to aid completion of this property in Dallas, Texas as construction had been stalled for over a year. With the lack of finished architectural drawings and input from the previous designer, ACG was brought in during the framing phase of the project to assist in the final design and completion of the residence. The entire 18,000 SF project was fraught with complications for the home owner from multiple general contractors, incomplete designs, water infiltration issues, budget over runs, and material delays. ACG was able to provide the proper guidance to fulfill the design to the highest level of luxury and refinement making it truly a place the homeowner is ecstatic to call home.
