Sheraton Reston

A $12 million multi-phase renovation of the 302 room Sheraton Reston Hotel. The renovation gave the dated exterior and interior a contemporary face lift. The renovation included the building exterior, porte cochere and pool courtyard, restaurant and lounge, lobby, ballroom and meeting rooms, and all guestrooms and suites. The interior and exterior design concepts for the hotel are a melding of the contemporary style envisioned by the owner and the new “casual Ralph Lauren” brand concept developed for Sheraton.
