British Ambassador’s Residence

Survey, design drawings, construction documents and construction administration for the bedroom level renovation of the 17,000 S.F. residences. Project management included multiple meetings with the Ambassador’s wife and representatives of the British Embassy to develop enhanced upscale designs for the nine bedroom and bathroom facility. Construction was carried out using the fast-track method over multiple phases while keeping a majority of the residence functional and occupied.
